30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a refund. We want the bar to be right for your bathroom — if it isn't, send it back.

Condition

Please return the bar with its suction cups clean and undamaged, in packaging that protects it in transit. Normal testing is absolutely fine — mount it, try it, take it down again. We only ask that it isn't broken, cut, or worn beyond ordinary trial use.

If it won't seal to your surface

This is the most common reason for a return, and it isn't a fault. Suction bars need a smooth, non-porous surface — ceramic tile, glass, acrylic, sealed stone, or fiberglass. They will not hold on textured or matte tile, painted drywall, porous stone, cracked surfaces, tiles smaller than 4×4 inches, or across a grout line.

If your bathroom turns out to be one of those, that is a full refund, no argument, within the 30 days.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the cost of return shipping in this case.

How to start a return

Email support.suction@gmail.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us — unannounced parcels can go missing, and we can't refund what we can't identify.

Return shipping costs

For returns that aren't due to a fault or damage, you arrange and pay for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can only refund items that reach us.

If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Your refund

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued in the currency you paid. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to display it.

Multi-bar orders

If you return part of a multi-bar pack, the discount is recalculated at the rate for the quantity you keep, and you are refunded the difference. This means the refund for a single returned bar out of a multi-pack will be less than the individual sticker price.

The free Shower Safety Guide is digital and yours to keep, whether or not you return the bar.

If you are in the EU or UK

You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive your order. This sits alongside our 30-day policy rather than replacing it — whichever gives you more protection is the one that applies.
